The Opportunity

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

• Build and Inspire: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performance field sales team using best practices and recognised methodologies.
• Drive New Business: Ensure the team strategically target and secure new logo business, positioning the company as a leader in IT services.
• Maximise Client Value: Ensure all cross-sell and up-sell opportunities are realised, driving growth and retention within the existing client base.
• Deliver Results: Achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets while shaping the success of your regional sales team function.
• Lead with Vision: Help shape and develop a thriving regional sales function as part of the company’s ambitious growth plans.

• Proven Sales Leadership: A track record of building, leading, and inspiring successful IT solutions sales teams.
• Strategic Mindset: Experienced in driving results through recognised sales leadership, techniques, methodologies and a structured approach to winning new business.
• Client-Centric Approach: Skilled in focusing the team on identifying and capitalising on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, enhancing client retention and growth.
• Exceptional Communicator: Confidence and clarity in engaging clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-Oriented: A passion for delivering and exceeding revenue and performance targets.
