They are looking to attract a skilled and motivated Estate Agent Valuer looking to take their career to the next level and get the opportunity to make a real impact.
The Role:
As an Estate Agent Valuer, you will play a vital role in driving sales and lettings valuations across their North Lanarkshire and Stirlingshire branches, working with a high degree of independence to increase revenue, build client relationships, and promote additional services, such as mortgage advice and conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate property valuations for both sales and lettings.
- Drive valuation revenue and secure new business across two thriving regions.
- Upsell add-on services to maximise revenue potential.
- Build strong client relationships, creating trust and securing referrals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work autonomously while utilising support as needed to achieve your goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as an Estate Agent Valuer or similar role.
- Ideally with knowledge of the North Lanarkshire and Stirlingshire property markets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- A full UK driving license.
