They’re on the hunt for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across existing accounts and win new business. If you thrive in a consultative sales role and love the challenge of growing a client portfolio, this could be your next big move!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Growing & Retaining Clients – Develop and execute account plans that drive cross-sell, upsell, and retention strategies within your portfolio.
- Winning New Business – Hunt for fresh opportunities and convert them into long-term clients within your region.
- Consultative Selling – Understand each client’s needs, deliver tailored MPS solutions, and optimise their print environment.
- Closing Deals – Own the entire sales process, from pitching solutions to sealing the deal and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Networking & Industry Engagement – Attend key events and conferences to expand your network and build relationships.
- Staying Organised & Proactive – Keep track of all client activity via CRM and maximise opportunities through vendor partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in selling IT, Telecoms or Managed Print Services to SME, Mid-Market, or Enterprise clients.
- A strategic mindset with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to consult, advise, and tailor solutions that make a real impact for clients.
- Exceptional presentation & negotiation skills – you know how to command a room!
- A go-getter attitude with strong commercial acumen and decision-making abilities.
- A passion for sales, a drive to succeed, and a positive, winning mentality.
