With a modern, state-of-the-art office in Glasgow city centre, their passionate sales team is dedicated to driving business growth through expert new business acquisition and account management.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to join their thriving SaaS division, where you’ll play a key role in generating and qualifying high value leads for their sales team. You’ll engage with both existing and prospective clients, identifying opportunities that drive business success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Generate high-quality new business leads through outbound calls to new, existing, and lapsed clients
• Respond to inbound sales enquiries and qualify client needs
• Schedule sales appointments for the wider sales team with well-qualified prospects
• Develop opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling
• Track & report pipeline activity accurately using CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent)
• Enhance your expertise with ongoing product and sales training

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record in lead generation, ideally within SaaS or technology sales
• A positive, motivated, and results-driven mindset
• Exceptional communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• A consultative and collaborative approach, with the ability to work autonomously
• Experience using Salesforce CRM (or similar), with strong forecasting and reporting skills
• A genuine desire for career progression in a growing technology company
