Our client is one of the UK’s leading Managed Print Services providers, partnering with Global vendors to provide industry leading solutions focused on achieving greater utilisation, maintenance and optimisation of their clients print and document management environment.
To drive continued success across their prospective client base, they are looking to attract an experienced business development professionals with a successful track record of developing existing accounts and winning new logo business across the North East of England region.
The successful applicant will assume responsibility for:
- Developing and delivering a new business sales plan by Identifying and cultivating new prospects within the region
- Advise prospective clients on how to improve their managed print services environment and increase performance whilst reducing costs
- Deliver pricing proposals which ensure margin performance is achieved
- Successfully manage the entire sales process to a close and ensure seamless client onboarding
- Maintain an accurate record of prospective client activity by effectively updating the company CRM
- Schedule attendance at relevant networking events and industry conferences
Candidates will likely possess the following skills, experience, and personal attributes:
- Experience gained selling Managed Print Services or Workplace Technology solution to business clients
- A track record of winning new business and delivering against set sales targets
- A consultative approach and ability to pinpoint improvement areas to ensure each client achieves a ‘purpose built’ and bespoke solution
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and effectively deliver compelling presentations to a wide range of clients and stakeholders
- Strong commercial understanding with accomplished decision-making and negotiation skills
- A positive, enthusiastic, and focused approach with a strong determination for success
